So, we just got back from Richmond last night at 1am.  Linz and I went to have a meeting with the other youth pastors that we are doing the retreat with.  I am stoked now.  Friday and Saturday night services are going to be off the chain!!!  If you dont get touched while you are there you have problems and you need to go to a doctor.  It is going to be tight... I want to give a HUGE shout out to my wife for heading up this whole trip and for making it happen.  It is gonna be Great!!!

You guys need to be putting your money together.  i need anyone that wants to go to let me know asap.  it is going to be 150 smackeroos but its gonna be great!!!

We are working hard... especially Lindsey... and are really excited about this trip.  t is going to be the best ever.

Well, last night was pretty cool if I do say so myself.  I'm excited about our winter retreat.  It is gonna be tight!!!  i'm not going to ski but I'll probably try the snow tubing thing.  It sounds safer.  something I think we forgot to mention is there is a limited amount of space so if you want to go you need to get your money in quickly. I think we have room for either 15 or 20... I dont remember.  It is going to be fun though.  And on top of all the fun games and skiing we are going to do we are encounter God.  So save up your dough and get pumped.  I dont know if i told you yet but it's gonna be FUN!!!

Health update:

A few days ago I started taking herbs and vitamins for my back.  i'm not one to take a lot of medication but i will take the natural stuff.  Now, everyday i have to drink what I affectonately call "poop juice".  I call it poop juice because it smells like a dookie diaper.  You know what they say though... if it's nasty than it's probably good for you.  I spent 110 big one on all these herbs bu I figure in the past year I have spent at least $110 on doctors visits so if it works it's definately worth it... keep praying for me.
